Focus the majority of your time and energy on the inner circle which are things you can control.

Focus a little of your time and energy on things that you can influence.

Only focus a small percentage of time and energy on those things that you cannot control.

Happy List!

To make your own Happy List, start with a collection of those things that bring you joy, make you smile, and warm your heart.

Then, dig a little deeper to discover why that item makes you happy.  Look across your list to see similarities and common characteristics so you can find new ways to incorporate those qualities into your list.

Share you list with people that are close to you. Treat their lists as the very personal documents that they are. Enjoy a deeper connection and bond with others.
