YOUR HAPPINESS MATTERS Are you happy? It's a complex question and one that might feel selfish to consider in our world today, but happiness is important. In this workshop, learn the scientific benefits of happiness, discover common practices to instill more happiness in your life and rewire your brain. You will participate in exercises to identify what makes you happy and what drains you. Begin to design a plan to intentionally include more happiness in your life - and ultimately, to incorporate more happiness in the world. Your Happiness Matters! YOUR HAPPINESS PLAN Are you ready to take control of your happiness? Research suggests that you control your happiness more than you think, and the benefits in terms of health, career, and civil impact make it valuable. Determine what you need to be happy, participate in activities that bring joy, and identify (and mitigate) your happiness drains. Discover practices to fill your happiness bucket and customize a plan to intentionally incorporate more happiness in your life. Take control of your holiday experience by setting priorities, managing expectations, finding time for joy, creating a workable schedule and ultimately enjoying yourself.
